I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were not only perfect for business travelers, but also very comfortable with great facilities. The staff was incredibly friendly and efficient, always ready to assist. The location was a peaceful retreat away from the city center buzz, offering a homey ambiance at decent prices. The dining experience provided a true Kenyan breakfast and a good variety of options. Overall, this hotel offers a relaxing and convenient stay.
My stay at the hotel was truly enjoyable. The rooms left nothing to be desired, with very nice showers and very comfortable beds. A special shoutout to the excellent housekeeping staff for their impeccable service in rooms 503, 504, and the Pearl suite. However, the rooms lacked soundproofing, but the mini kitchen, large bedroom, and bathroom with both shower and bath made up for it.

After an 8-hour flight, I was ready to crash in the hotel room, and the accommodation proved to be suitable for business travelers. However, the lack of functioning AC and the noticeable dust on the furniture were a letdown. The hotel did have its advantages, though, making it a mixed experience.
